The new Franchising Code of Conduct

The new Franchising Code of Conduct has been released and is set to commence on 1 January 2015. Franchisors will need to amend their current franchise agreement and disclosure document to bring them in line with the new Code. We will be releasing a summary of the Code changes shortly.
