Recent Matters

  • Successfully pursued a judgment against two guarantors in the Federal Court of Australia. In addition, an application for indemnity costs was made and successfully obtained.
  • Favourable settlement of the large scale sale of a business matter gone wrong after the matter had become litigious. Mark played a vital role in concluding a settlement of the $900,000 case.
  • Successfully represented two individual investors in the County Court who sought restitution from an investment coach for misleading and deceptive conduct. Judgment was obtained with costs.
  • Involvement in a significant real estate partnership dispute demanding thorough consideration and analysis of the requirements for an agent to keep a commission pursuant to legislation.
