MST Lawyers welcomes Belinda Spong to our Family Law Team

MST Lawyers is pleased to announce that Belinda Spong, Senior Associate has joined our Family Law team.

Belinda completed a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws at Monash University in 2001 and was admitted to practice in early 2002.

Since the date of her admission she has practiced exclusively in Family Law.

Belinda is experienced in all aspects of Family Law including acting for high net-worth individuals in complex Family Law property matters involving trusts, companies and businesses.

Belinda is also experienced in children’s matters, including living arrangements, relocations and recovery applications.

Belinda has assisted clients in both the Family and Federal Magistrates’ Courts. She has also assisted clients with family violence related matters in the state Magistrates’ Court.

Belinda has recently qualified as a Mediator accredited in accordance with the Australian National Mediator Standards set out by the Australian Mediation Association.

Belinda is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and Law Council of Australia.

She is a member of the Eastern Suburbs Law Association.

If Belinda was not a lawyer she would be playing golf internationally.
