The international publication Who’s Who Legal, through independent research and peer review, has recognised MST Lawyers and four of its lawyers as the stand out firm in Australia in franchising law.
Philip Colman (who heads our Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice group) is named as one of four “most highly regarded” franchising lawyers in Australia. The publication states:

Raynia Theodore (who heads our Franchise practice group) is described as “excellent” and “highly respected” who “regularly acts for well-known domestic clients, as well as international franchisors expanding into the Australian market”.
Alicia Hill (a member of our Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice group) is described as “a superb lawyer” who is “very well respected in the market thanks to her excellent track record handling franchise disputes” and that commentators describe her as “a strong litigator”.
John Sier (who heads our Corporate practice group) is described as having a very high profile with one peer calling him “the guru” in the franchise space” being “frequently sought out by major American and Asian companies to advise on the establishment of distribution networks.
To have four out of total of twenty-six recognised franchising lawyers in Australia emphasises the reputation MST Lawyers has in the market.
