MST Lawyers Goes Outback For Ronald McDonald Housse Charities

Spread the love

For many years, MST Lawyers has been and continues to be proud supporters of Ronald McDonald House (RMH) Charities (Vic/Tas). Our staff take part in the Make a Meal dinner program, and the firm has also sponsors a family room in the chapter. The work of this charity helps to enhance the quality of life for families with sick children by providing a home-away-from-home.

Earlier this year, two of our Principals, Alicia Hill and Belinda Spong signed up to complete the Ronald McDonald House Outback Challenge – The Larapinta Trail, Northern Territory. The Larapinta trail stretches 223 kilometres along the West MacDonnell Ranges.  The goal is to raise funds to go RMH and walk over 60 kilometres of the trail.

Unfortunately while in training for this event, Belinda sustained an injury which now precludes her from taking part; however, Alicia is still going strong and is looking forward to completing the walk in August.

We know that not everyone can take part in the challenge, but you may wish to support Alicia and Belinda’s fundraising efforts for this very worthwhile cause.  While Belinda is unable to complete the challenge, she is still continuing to raise funds to donate to the charity.  Click on the links below if you would like to donate or share their fundraising page with friends or family.
