Jack Casonato, lawyer, was elected to the Council of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on Friday 24 April 2009. The Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is a non-profit, membership based organisation incorporated in Victoria in 1984 and officially recognised by the Italian Government in 1987. It plays an active role in the Australian economy as an independent service provider and broker specialising in the development and promotion of bilateral trade between Italy and Australia through proactive consultancy and skilled project management. The Chamber’s mission is to strengthen the quality of commercial exchanges between Italy and Australia to achieve the most valuable, progressive and sustainable outcomes.
