MST’s fixed fee trade mark (TM) product range suits businesses with differing needs.  Packages range from simple trade mark registration to a fully serviced intellectual property strategy package.

All professional services will be carried out by experienced Intellectual Property lawyers who are familiar with the legal and commercial issues surrounding TMs and other forms of intellectual property.

Quick Mark  $990

This fee* includes:

  • Preparation and lodgement of a TM Application
  • Routine communication with IP Australia and you

Note that Quick Mark does not include searches

Basic Package  $1650

This fee* includes:

  • A basic search of the IP Australia TM database for conflicting TMs
  • Preparation and lodgement of a TM Application
  • TM Style Guide providing legal guidance on how to use your TM

Premium Package $2,750

This fee* includes:

  • A comprehensive search of Australian sources for conflicting TMs
  • Intellectual property strategy
  • Preparation and lodgement of a TM Application
  • TM Style Guide providing legal guidance on how to use your TM
  • Hotline support

All fees are inclusive of GST and Government fees apply (see below).

*Exclusions include:

  • International TM searches
  • International TM registration
  • Submissions to IP Australia to overcome objections raised
  • Third party opposition or objection to registration of the TM
  • Requests for additional evidence by IP Australia to support the TM Application
  • IP Australia TM Application and registration fees
  • TM disputes

Government Fees

    TM Application Fee               $120 – $330 per class depending upon application type

    TM Registration Fee            $250 per class

    TM Renewal Fee                   $300 per class
