MST recognises that learning is an ongoing process and we aim to create an environment that develops our talent. We believe strongly in knowledge sharing. Early on, we offer staff to take part in our mentoring program where they are assigned a mentor to not only to help guide them through work, but also life issues. We organise monthly in-house professional development training sessions as well as encouraging external training and provide a study assistance scheme for further education.
Our performance management program allows for regular performance and career planning discussions between staff and their leaders. It opens up opportunities including our path to associate, path to senior associate and path to partnership program.
