From 12 November 2016, changes to the law will protect small business from unfair contract terms in standard form contracts.

This session will provide information pertaining to:

• the new laws and types of contracts that will be affected;
• examples of unfair terms;
• the importance of checking existing contracts for enforceability;
• strategies for minimising the risk  of contract terms being declared unfair.
