The Productivity Commission will undertake a broad review of the current workplace relations system in Australia and make recommendations to the government on legislative reform.
The report is due to be completed by November this year.
The current government has already made a publically declaration that they will not implement any of the recommendations of the productivity commission until their second term of government. Whether that will eventuate is anyone’s guess.
