Yesterday MST Lawyers welcomed Elefteria (Teri) Konstantinou and Eleanor Coates to present at our monthly CPD session.
Being Barristers of the Victorian Bar and Accredited Mediators, they generously shared their knowledge of the mediation process through the eyes of the mediator.
Some great insights were presented around mediating TFM disputes in comparison to commercial disputes.
