Natalia Todorovic

Natalia is an Associate who practices exclusively in family law.
During her career Natalia has gained extensive experience in relation to parenting disputes, child support matters and family violence intervention orders. She also acts in property disputes arising from the breakdown of marriage, domestic and same-sex relationships.
Natalia has acted in a number of complex children's matters. She has a particular interest in representing extended family that have an interest in the welfare of children involved in family disputes.
She regularly drafts, negotiates and advises in relation to Financial Agreements in relation to property and child support matters.
Natalia's approach is to promptly ascertain the facts and provide clear and practical advice at the earliest opportunity. Through her experience, she understands and has compassion for the stresses and strains associated with matters arising from a relationship breakdown. She ensures that her clients are well informed and are presented with realistic options to achieve their goals.
Where it is appropriate Natalia will aggressively pursue a claim on behalf of her client through to a trial.
Natalia is a member of the Family Law Sections of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia. She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria's Education and Courts Practice Committees.
