Louise Wolf

Louise is an Associate. She acts for franchisors and franchisees and advises suppliers to the franchise sector throughout Australia. Louise's experience includes:
- strategic advice in structuring and establishment of franchise systems
- drafting franchise agreements, disclosure documents and all other necessary documents required to establish franchise systems
- drafting documents to guide franchisors as they recruit franchisees and ensure they meet their legal requirements
- drafting and negotiating area development agreements
- advising franchisors and drafting documents to convert corporate stores to franchisee owned businesses
- pre-purchase review and strategic advice for prospective franchisees regarding franchise documents, including franchise agreements, disclosure documents, leases and licences
- advising new franchisees and other business owners in relation to corporate structuring for asset protection prior to purchase of businesses
- drafting and negotiating purchase of business contracts for prospective franchise and other business owners
Louise also has experience in:
- management buyout and sale of multi-million dollar organisations
- review, advice and negotiation of leases
- intellectual property and intellectual property registration and licensing, including trademarks and designs
- applications for temporary and permanent employment visas and company sponsorship, general skilled migration, spouse, defacto spouse and interdependency visa applications
- corporate restructuring, with a particular focus on financing and refinancing and shareholder and unitholder matters
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws, Louise completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) majoring in Japanese language at Monash University.
She is fluent in Japanese.
