Kaye Griffiths

Kaye is an Associate.
Her litigation practice focuses on:
- Representing commercial and private clients involved in any type of commercial dispute at all levels
- Advocating on behalf of parties involved in Court proceedings and providing strategic litigation advice
- Advising and representing insolvency practitioners, creditors and debtors in relation to insolvency matters and conducting associated Court proceedings
- Working with clients to attempt to recover outstanding debts
Kaye has worked on an extensive array of dispute matters within various State and Federal jurisdictions.
She draws on this experience to work with her clients in tailoring a litigation strategy for each client, and in turn each matter for that client. Kaye works with her clients to achieve their objectives, whether this be to aggressively pursue or defend a claim or to work to achieve a negotiated outcome.
Kaye takes the time learn about each client's unique business, how the dispute impacts on that business and what is required to resolve the dispute to enable them to move forward.
Kaye is a member of the litigation section of the Law Institute of Victoria. She regularly attends industry and business functions to ensure that she keeps apprised of new developments in the law and the ever changing challenges and opportunities of being in business.
