Andrea is an Associate in the Private Client Services Team at Mason Sier Turnbull. Her law practice focuses on all aspects of Wills and Estates and retirement villages and includes:

Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney
Estate planning
Grants of Probate and estate administration
Letters of Administration
Challenges to Wills and estate disputes
Contested probate applications for testing the validity of a Will
Challenges to superannuation death benefits
Guardianship and Administration matters (VCAT)
Review of Retirement Village agreements
Conveyancing

Andrea has an interest in elder law and the protection of the rights of the senior members of our community.

Andrea was admitted to practice as a lawyer in March 2003.

She is an active member of the Rotary Club of Monash. Andrea is often asked to present information sessions on Wills & Estates for community groups.
