Anastasia is an Associate with extensive experience in commercial property, banking and finance and property development.  She has acted for developers, landlords, tenants, major banks, government bodies, large corporations as well as SMEs and individual property owners.

Anastasia's experience includes:

• Acting for landlords and tenants in both retail, commercial and industrial leasing
• Sales and acquisitions of all types of retail, industrial and commercial properties
• Property development including off the plan sales, subdivisions, zoning, easements and restrictive covenants
• Facility and securities documentation, mortgages, guarantees, solicitors certificates, debentures and priority agreements
• Mortgagee sales including drafting and issuing default notices, contracts of sale for mortgagees in possession, dealing with caveators
• Acting for receivers and managers in sales of all residential, commercial and rural properties
• Transfer of water shares and licences including liaising with relevant water authorities

Anastasia's aim is to use her experience to provide advice to clients that is not only prompt and technically correct but is also practical and commercial and takes account of the client's business and industry needs.
