Denise is a Special Counsel and an Accredited Specialist family lawyer who practises exclusively in family law.

As a mother of 3 children, Denise has a solid understanding of the stresses, strains and complexities which affect many families.  She has a special interest in complex children's issues and her extensive experience in this area means that she handles each matter with compassion and fairness to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients.

Denise has 25 years experience in relation to the adjustment of property interests between competing parties, which includes married couples, domestic relationships and same-sex relationships.

She graduated from Melbourne University in 1985 with a combined Law/Arts degree and obtained accreditation as a Family Law Specialist in 1992.

Denise is a member of the Family Law Sections of both the Law Institute of Victoria and the Law Council of Australia. Denise is also a member of the Family Law and Psychology Association of Australasia.

Denise is able to assist clients to negotiate either simple or complicated property matters by agreement, or to take such matters through to Final Trial if necessary.
