Graduates and Law Clerks

MST offers a comprehensive interactive 12 months supervised workplace traineeship program for graduate lawyers. Our graduates are provided with hands on experience including client interaction with the support of their supervisors during their rotation.

Our graduate program is combined with other formal training and development including mentoring, fortnightly practice management skills meetings, monthly lawyers' meetings and continuing legal education.

MST also offers a number of casual law clerk positions working with our specialist teams throughout the year.  Many of our previous law clerks have been offered Graduate positions.  Law clerks, like our graduates, work with a supervising lawyer on interesting matters.
